Partner
1. At least three years of practice experience, or five years of experience in legal research or law teaching.
2. Must hold a Chinese legal professional qualification certificate (A certificate).
3. Has benchmark cases in a specific field (such as capital markets, cross-border dispute resolution, data compliance, etc.).
4. No adverse professional record, and has not been punished by judicial administrative organs or industry associations.
5. Master's or doctoral degree in law is preferred.
6. Management experience: Prior experience as a team leader or member of a law firm's management committee is preferred.
7. Salary: Base salary + performance + equity incentives
International lawyer
1. Chinese legal professional qualification certificate (A certificate), some positions require overseas Bar (such as US NY/CA Bar, UK SQE, Hong Kong PCLL). Familiar with international legal systems (such as common law, civil law)
2. Fluent in English (able to draft English contracts and participate in international negotiations), some positions require a second foreign language (French, German, Arabic, etc.).
3. 3-5 years or more of experience in international legal affairs (red circle law firms, foreign law firms, multinational company legal background preferred)
Experience in cross-border transactions or international arbitration cases (such as acting as an agent in ICC or WTO cases)
4. No adverse employment record, not penalized by judicial administrative organs or industry associations.
5. Master's or doctoral degree in law preferred
6. Salary: Base salary + performance
Full-time lawyer
1. Holds a lawyer's license, can practice independently, has a stable source of cases, and possesses strong business development capabilities
2. Familiar with judicial procedures, can efficiently complete legal research, document drafting, and negotiation communication.
3. Skilled in client interaction, understanding business needs, and providing solutions
4. One year of practice experience (outstanding candidates who have just started their practice are also welcome)
5. No adverse professional record, not penalized by judicial administrative organs or industry associations. Salary: Base salary + performance
